Short Bio

I am a reseach assistant professor at Harada Lab, the School of Engineering Science, Osaka University. I obtained my PhD in Robotics from the same lab, supervised by Professor Wan Weiwei and Harada Kensuke from 2018 to 2022. Prior to this, I got my bachelor (2015) and master degree (2018) from Xi'an Jiaotong University, China, my supervisor was Zhou Qulan. I also got the double master degree (2018) from Tokushima University, Japan, supervised by Deguchi Yoshihiro. I am working on robotic manipulation.

Education

2011-2015, Xi'an Jiaotong University, China, Bachelor
2015-2018, Xi'an Jiaotong University, China, Master
2016-2018, Tokushima University, Japan, Master
2018-2022, Osaka University, Japan, Ph.D

Research Interests

I am exploring the following aspects of manipulation:
1. Uncertainty elimination using physical constraints for robotic assembly tasks
2. Extending manipulation ability of general grippers using mechanical tools
3. Regrasp planning and compliant grasp/regrasp
4. Advanced robotic mechanisms and grippers
I am also working on developing soft robots, especially, the stiffness-changeable modules.
